Richard was AMAZING. The other reviews talked about how great he was but I didn't realize just how wonderful this man is until we checked in and he spent 30 minutes of his time making sure we were well informed and just chatting about the area. My partners $400 ski jacket was left behind by accident and Richard offered to mail it to me as soon as I reached out and asked. I paid for the postage of course but he went out of his way to go to the post office and spend time shipping it off.

O 22 Summits Apartments goza de uma localização tranquila numa encosta, a 4 minutos a pé do centro de Zermatt e das ferrovias de Matterhorn. The breakfast was a great add-on, as we could eat a good, healthy and filling breakfast without cleaning up or cooking and get out on the slopes in no time. The SPA after skiing was also really nice and mostly empty. The main positive point, beyond the kind staff, was that this apartments are super close to the Matterhorn express lift, which made skiing a breeze.

The studio is nicely furnished, well located and spotless clean. All needed equipment is available and the "welcome" items were most appreciated. Highly recommend the place for a quiet and relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful mountain chalet. The wooden house is modern, very well-equipped, and clean. The view from the cabin is absolutely stunning – a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The communication with the owner was great, and he was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The surrounding area is breathtaking and peaceful. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!

This new apartment in Zermatt was exceptional, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. On arrival, the host met us at the apartment. It was a lovely modern twist apartment, with your luxury elements. It had a spacious balcony with a view of the Matterhorn and each morning breakfast arrived at your chosen time, which was amazing and freshly made to order. The host was exceptionally great and lovely, anything we needed or recommendations we asked for, was great help. Highly recommended stay for Zermatt, only a 5min walk to train station/town and great location for skiing.
