We LOVED this place! Check in was extremely easy - the host reached out early with a code and we let ourselves in when we arrived. The place was large and had a lot of space to spread out and pack/unpack both before and after we did the W trek. The beds were comfy and the showers hot. The place was very clean and we were so happy to have a hot water maker with coffee (instant) and tea provided and a full fridge to store food. The location is perfect - about a 5-10 min walk to the most downtown area of PN. The WiFi was fast. We would come back here in a second - very affordable. As a bonus, the host stored our bags for us for free because we stayed both before an after our trek. She also helped us with a few questions re: taxi/Ubers.

I had a nice stay at the Magellanic House. The location was perfect for me as everything was walkable, especially for someone without a car. The house was only 4 blocks away from the main plaza and the many restaurants and stores in and around Puerto Natales. The owners, Javier and Zoe, and their support staff (Joaquin and Sra. Kitty) were extremely accommodating, courteous, and helpful. Great communication and customer service. They also provide a tour booking service which was very convenient. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and welcome. I highly recommend staying at the Magellanic House whenever you are in Puerto Natales.
