Accomodation is a short walking distance (10min tops) away from bus station for Wulingyuan park and cablecar for Tianmen mountain. It's situated in a small picturesque street filled with tiny family hotels and street vendors selling everything from food to souvenirs. By far the biggest upside is hotel manager Rainbow who is the most helpful and kind person we encountered during our trip. Her english is really good and she's happy to help with all the questions you may find. Even if she can't help you right away, she'll do research on the spot and find the answers. She will provide you with a map of both Wulingyuan and Tianmen and explain all the route options and their cost. You will never feel lost with Rainbow in your wechat contacts.

Zhangjiajie Southgate Flower Garden Lodge at the Park Entrance ligger i Zhangjiajie og har bjergudsigt, restaurant, et fælles køkken, bar, have og grill. The room was clean with reliable hot water. The owner provided a daily shuttle to the South Gate, and breakfast was freshly made—the rice noodles, date cakes, corn, and especially the yellow peaches were delicious. The owner’s wife even cooked an amazing stir-fried pumpkin with meat! What truly warmed our hearts was how she helped carry our luggage to the bus stop, so we could take the scenic shuttle directly. Highly recommend staying here—we’d happily book 4 nights again!

Beautiful and spacious apartment, well-equipped and modern. Comfortable, nice view and good location, close to the cableway, one of the reasons we chose this apartment. The washing and drying machine was an added bonus, very helpful! The restaurants downstairs were fantastic! Delicious food for great prices. Also the supermarket downstairs was just what we needed.

First of all, we liked the location of the hotel. It’s next to the airport and not far from the city Center. Just the opposite of the hotel there are two small supermarkets. Also next to it there are several good cafes. The staff was very caring. They helped us any time we needed anything. The most important was the fact that the staff always consulted us about any excursions. We are very grateful to them. The hotel is quite small and quite clean.
