Housekeeping service is included. We were upgraded to a spacious, multi level room with a well equipped kitchen with all facilities we needed. We extended our stay to a total of 6 nights as it was very comfortable. It was on the top floor with great view of the city. The breakfast was ok and the staff did their best to accommodate our needs. It is very close to metro line 7 otherwise taxi is quite affordable.

At the aparthotel, the units have bed linen and towels. Everything was just perfect. It felt like staying at a high-end hotel to be honest. The amenities were amazing. Location was also great, in a not very touristy area, but still near the bund (like 20min bike ride). Subway station was just a few minutes away.
