The location may seem a bit remote, but it really depends on what you are looking for. We chose this hotel because of the beautiful views and its proximity to Finca del Café and Cocora Valley. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. Communication wasn’t easy since we don’t speak Spanish, but with Google Translate we managed just fine. The staff was very accommodating and met all our requests. The Wi-Fi was reliable. Breakfast could be served earlier—although it was included in our stay, we couldn’t try it because of our early trips. Still, the staff kindly prepared us fresh coffee in the morning.
