It was a very charming house, the lodge even had a bottle of complimentary wine waiting for us. The Lodge had a very eclectic dining area, wonderful lighting and decorations for the Christmas holiday (or appropriately decorated for the next holiday), and the property was designed and built making a truly wonderful landscape and facilities. The secret garden walk was especially impressive, the amount of work and love that went into making this walking garden tour was nothing but magical for the variety and number of plants in the design. All right on the property too. The staff was extremely friendly and informative of their lodge and advice on the local attractions.

It's very close to the Ticabus station and there is a Maxi Pali right across the street, we will stay here again when taking the bus back to CR.

The accommodation is non-smoking. The room was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. There was an electric frying pan, which doesn't show in the photos, so we were able to cook and eat well. Ligia was very sweet and offered to store our luggage since we arrived early. She moved it to our room while we were out sightseeing and it was all ready when we returned. Security was top notch! I felt very safe there and leaving things in the room was not a worry. Location is also excellent, as you're just a couple of blocks from the best sights in the area and there are walking streets everywhere. It was a real pleasure to stay here.
