The rooms look exactly like they do in the photos - neat, fresh, and spotlessly clean, with a very stylish bathroom. The staff deserves special praise - they are friendly, polite, and always ready to help, promptly addressing any requests. The lounge area is a delightful place to relax, with free, delicious coffee always available, along with cookies and snacks. On Sundays during Christmas time, they even treated guests to complimentary mulled wine - such a nice touch! The common areas of the hotel are also lovely, with cozy and stylish interiors that make you feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone—it was an absolutely fantastic stay!
