The location is 2 min away from the beach, with a coffee house right next door, a store, an ATM within a 10-15 min walk. The hosts, Tom and Rene, are super friendly, always there to help. The maintenance staff, Ramon and (sorry, don’t remember the lady’s name), are very thorough. I am not surprised people make it their home and stay there for years.:) I wish I could too.:) Almost forgot, the Wifi is the super reliable and fast. I worked remotely for a few days with no problems whatsoever!
