He was always willing to assist. The facilities were as expected. The view from the rooftop was decent, and the swimming pool was very pleasant. Many people have said that he is too stubborn and tries to sell everything to customers. However, I think this has changed, or perhaps it was exaggerated. The owner offered us additional programs but didn't try to convince us when we declined. He helped us arrange a taxi from Aswan to Luxor, as well as a taxi for a day in Luxor. He gave us fair prices that did not exceed market prices.
