From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the reception, even though we checked in very early in the morning (4 a.m.). The location is quite unique, as there is a synagogue on the street, which means that cars cannot enter the area during the night due to security reasons. However, the reception staff promptly resolved this for us, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. We were delighted to enter what we saw as a royal suite (apartment 4), which was named Ruby. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony quickly became our favorite spot to relax, offering a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Throughout our stay, we maintained constant communication with the reception team via WhatsApp. They were incredibly responsive and fulfilled every request we had, making sure our experience was nothing short of perfect. We even conducted daily check-ins to ensure everything was going smoothly, and any minor issues we encountered were resolved promptly. The housekeeping service was exceptional, with thorough cleaning provided every day. The location of the apartment in downtown is ideal, with plenty of dining options and attractions within walking distance. Overall, our experience at Lemon Spaces Downtown was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in the heart of the city.

This is not a hotel, these are apartments! Located just close enough to walk downtown but still enjoy a peaceful sleep at night. The building and the rooms are very very clean and there’s 24 hours security! When you land in Cairo, there’s the option for a shuttle pick up to avoid any hassle at the airport. There’s a quiet office like room in the lobby, a fridge with drinks and a kitchen for tea and other amenities. I am looking forward to returning to Cairo and staying here again!

The studio apartment was spacious, clean and have everything you need. The service was excellent and the guys in the reception are very helpful and polite.
