The apartment was spacious it was two rooms with two bathrooms and a living room. I liked the staff how they treated you, Mr. Muhammad and Miss Huda, they were super kind to me, and checking on me every couple of days, i stayed for 13 nights. The location was near to multiple things that I need, there's supermarket down the place no one annoyed me and it's super safe for families and girls, there was a guard on the door for 24 hours. Also there's housekeeping but you have to ask for them to come.

The apartment is excellent. Kind, caring and polite owner. Attentive staff. Very beautiful room, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great balcony. The hotel is quiet and calm, you can have a good rest. Nice area, calm and elegant, close to Festival Mall by taxi. I wish prosperity to the hotel and we will definitely come back here.

This is a gem in New Cairo and its Dream Team- Mahmoud, Kareem, Harby and Ahmed are every reason why I smiled every morning and night! Each of them are a huge asset to The 250 and every reason why I would return. I can’t say enough, stepping foot into this immaculate boutique B&B-like “escape”, put me at ease during my 72 hour stay in Egypt. This hideaway is soothing to the mind and to the ears. Sophisticated choice of music that subtly played in the reception was music to my ears. The room was impeccable, cozy, super quiet and well decorated. The bed was super comfy and pillows were just right :) LOVE IT!

We were very pleased with the apartment. The landlord and staff were very attentive. Our breakfast was prepared at the time we requested and served to our room. Thank you for everything.

This place is an apartment/airbnb style like property with reception at the G/F, lift and smart door lock. The property messaged before the arrival & make sure the code & wifi details are passed over. One of the staff team members Mr. Ahmed Kareem is extremely helpful - assisted us all the way from check-in, suggesting local restaurants & making sure our check out is smooth. He's responsive on Whatsapp which made us feel like home. The stay is amazing, newly refurbished, decent size and got loads of food options around the hood. It's clean, spacious and have everything you need. Home away from home.

This is not a hotel, these are apartments! Located just close enough to walk downtown but still enjoy a peaceful sleep at night. The building and the rooms are very very clean and there’s 24 hours security! When you land in Cairo, there’s the option for a shuttle pick up to avoid any hassle at the airport. There’s a quiet office like room in the lobby, a fridge with drinks and a kitchen for tea and other amenities. I am looking forward to returning to Cairo and staying here again!
