I have read too many horror stories about the giza hotels. This hotel isan amazing value. From the moment you book the staff is in touch with you via what's app. Building is very new and facilities are clean and modern. Area very safe. Perfect for short stay and close to groceries and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at Livingville in New Cairo. The apartment was beautifully decorated with a modern touch. It truly felt like home. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were professional, attentive, and welcoming. A lovely surprise was the chocolate gift they gave us at the end of our stay — such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended.

It was a total vibe, honestly. Location-wise, you can't beat it. Calm and near to everything. If you’re thinking about booking this place, just do it. It's totally worth every penny and then some. I'm already planning my next trip back!
