Staff was exceptional from check in to check out. The view was phenomenal, and the facility was very well maintained. I want to highlight Grace in the mini kids club, she was so awesome with the kids. She was very attentive, and so welcoming that my kids didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect and in walking distance to some major attractions.

Featuring a shared swimming pool and an on-site restaurant, Ona Las Rosas is located in Puerto de Santiago. It offers air-conditioned apartments with a private terrace. Very comfortable, brand new clean and quiet duplex appartement with stunning view on Los Gigantes cliffs. The pool is warm, big, and very clean. The pool bar serves simple but good food. Other restaurants at walking distance. Los Gigantes port (for whale’s observation trips) is about 15 minutes by foot. Staff is very friendly.

Apartamentos Diamond is set 250 metres from Los Gigantes Beach and Port. It offers an outdoor pool, free WiFi, and apartments with furnished terrace and scenic sea views. I felt so welcome from the moment I arrived, I loved my room & all the facilities were lovely &spotless , they were helpful & friendly & I felt relaxed & safe to enjoy my much needed holiday. Lovely pool area, small secure complex with 8 apartments. 20 mins walk to the start of the strip, Lovely walks (and cycle routes) in both directions. Supermarket, bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Help was at hand with quick responses if we had any questions.
