The place has everything you might need. Parking is available. The location is excellent — everything is nearby: shops, restaurants, the promenade, and the palace. Highly recommended.

We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Mallorca and we hope that we will come back. It is very close to the airport but also a minute walk from a beach. Staff was very polite and always there for us. Room was very clean and with a beautiful view from the balcony. We were suprised with a welcoming gift from hotel - gratis breakfast and 1 hour spa treatment which were also very good!

The room was well designed, right across from the beach, near plenty of restaurants, and the view was incredible! The cleaning staff was very friendly and willing to offer more of whatever we needed and the hotel staff was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

This is the first time I review an accommodation that I did not stay at but there is a good reason for it. 3 days before our scheduled stay, the hotel called us to inform us there was a problem with the apartment we booked and that they could not host us. They proactively offered to transfer us to another hotel (which we assume is a partner property or maybe even of the same owner), several kilometres away. To sweeten the deal, the transfer proposal included half board, which we didn't have in our original booking. Since we were not really picky about the location as long as it was on the eastern coast of Mallorca, we agreed to the deal. Our stay was outstanding. I will not say more since my review should technically be about a property we actually stayed at, but I want to commend this property for their management of the situation and doing the right thing. You made a customer very happy.
