Because the balcony faces inwards it is not loud at night. They had some welcome drinks and ice-creams in the fridge which was very sweet. The location is awesome, within walking distance to the action, without the noise. Was able to chat with the owner on WhatsApp, they even let us in early which was much appreciated. Do not hang out any clothes or towels overnight.

Make the most of Tenerife's fantastic climate with afternoons spent on the surrounding golf course and refreshing swims in the Sunset View Club's pool. Clean, quiet, beautiful terraces with grass, lots of space. The staff was very friendly. We have rented other accommodations in Tenerife 8 times, but this one was the best. I highly recommend it, even for a longer stay. I would gladly return there.
