The room was cleaned and the temperature was comfortable with the fan. Hot water was readily available.

I found the kitchen facilities to be spotlessly clean and with complete table and cookware, although i did not use these. There is a small town not far away with interesting restaurants. There was a washer and dryer requiring coins that was greatly appreciated.

I have stayed here 3-4 times here during my visit to Paris and i find it extremely convenient to drive till a metro station, park the car there and go about your day in the city. The underground secure parking on-site for 5€ is a big blessing. Highly recommended!!
