There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. This apartment was perfect for us. The mall (and large grocery store) was only a few minutes walk away, which is where all of the bus stops were. Busses all had automatic ramps if that is something that is needed for you. The train is also a few minutes walk away, but as of the time of this review (2023), was a headache if you do need disability access. If this is the case for you or your group, stick to busses. This apartment is in a quiet building with an underground garage if driving. All of the rooms were clean and comfortable. Pictures are exactly as it was. The directions were easy. It was in a great location that was only about a 20-25 minute bus ride into city center. Easy peasy. There was shopping, restaurants, and public transport all within less than a 5 minute walk. Communication before, during, and after our stay were perfect and complete. And the nice treats left for us was greatly appreciated as well. Bed was comfy. Fans were powerful. There is a pullout sofa bed in the living area if needed, and everything you needed to prepare a meal in the kitchen was there. We will return for sure. For wheelchair/disabled: You have all of the ramps and elevators needed here. It was perfect. Bathrooms are not accessible, but great if you can get around with a cane, etc. inside.

The staff made our stay very relaxed, they were very helpful and responded very quick. I would consider going to this place again in the future.

There are train and bus stations near, also many cafes restaurants, mini supers, tabacs and even a mobile phone shop where I bought a SIM card. The room was very fancy, well equipped, it even had a very big TV were I was able to connect my switch and a safety box. The personnel were very nice and helped me with everything I needed. They also have a fitness center, a sauna and a laundry room (the machines work perfectly, my clothes were super cleaned and perfectly dry at the end). I read some complaints from guest having trouble getting their deposits back, thankfully it wasn't my case, they refunded me within a week. I can highly recommend this place.
