Self catering : very clean, comfortable, really nice facilities (bathroom, kitchen), plenty of parking, very nice shower! We were made to feel very welcome. Milk in the fridge, some tea and coffee. Location good, co-op very close, petrol station close. Plenty to do and see in the area. We had a very nice stay.

Cosy lovely place, all we needed for self catering and spending time birdwatching at Chew Valley, RSPB Ham Wall and Avalon Marshes. Comfy bed. Well equipped and generous to have nice toiletries available. We are booked again!

We loved that there was a self catering area where we could cook your delicious eggs from your chickens! The coffee machine is a good touch also. The hosts were lovely, the Annexe was clean and spacious and it was in a really good location. P.s. thank you for the chocolates!

Our group stayed in a self-catering apartment and a hotel room. The apartment was newly refurbished to a high standard and very clean, with 2 good sized bathrooms, and a well equipped, good sized kitchen diner. The hotel room was equally well presented and clean. The location is great - about a 10 minute walk to the centre of town / Abbey/ roman baths. The owners are lovely and were very welcoming. Highly recommended
