The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location – in a quiet and beautiful area right by the Botanical Garden, with stunning sea views and large terraces where you can sit, enjoy a glass of wine, work, or simply watch the sea. Another great benefit is the restaurant within the complex, which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. It’s perfect especially for Europeans who may find the traditional Georgian cuisine a bit too heavy. As for the apartment itself, the main drawback was the lack of kitchen equipment. The kitchen is spacious – much bigger than what a family of three would actually need – but inside you only find six glasses, plates and a wine opener. If you buy a water-melon, there isn’t even a knife to cut it, and cooking is basically impossible since there are no utensils or pots, even though there is a stove and a dishwasher. Furniture was fine, cleanliness around 98%. Overall, I will definitely come back. For me, staying in the busy center of Batumi doesn’t work well. If you are looking for peace, walks, running, and nature, this is the right place.

They were always on hand, eager to assist with anything we needed—from providing travel tips to sharing their extensive local knowledge. And their generosity with homemade food and wine exemplifies the renowned Georgian hospitality. For anyone seeking a genuinely warm and immersive experience in Georgia, this hotel is a gem. I can't recommend it highly enough!

At the aparthotel, units include bed linen and towels. rooms, beds, sheets and blankets were very clean and comfortable, they cleaned our rooms everyday. the ground floor of the hotel is a supermarket which sells different foods and drinks as well. the rooms are spacious enough. we liked the balcony so much

We had a pleasant stay, house was clean, the furniture was new and comfortable, hot and cold water was available all the time. Place was remote, far from the city centre, so it was quiet, nights were cool, balcony door had insect screen so it was peacefull too. Shared kitchen, washing machine was also present, dining room had air conditioning

We were fed food, drinks, could wash, and stayed up late chatting with the family. We would absolutely return to LouNik!
