The hotel is located in a quiet, forested area with a beautiful view of the sea. It’s a calm place, ideal for relaxing and getting away from the noise. It was rainy during our stay, which actually made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Everything matched the photos and descriptions. If you're looking for a clean, quiet place surrounded by nature, this is a solid choice.

The Orbi City buildings are 3 different Block (A,C,D), and you may reserve a room in any of these block from official website, alternative service provider or even locals. so the quality of stay, is depending on service provider, the block, the floor, and etc. we stayed in block D, it is not as busy as block A, newer and better location. overall all building located in the city center and you can take bus, or walk all of city. a lot of markets, restaurants, cafe and bar is available nearby. the reception is placed in 4th floor of block A so it is not needed to wait for main reception line! the staff are friendly, helping and speak English well. we stay 7 days and they provide 1time free room service and they do everything like a hotel. the property in 42nd floor was like pictures, clean, with amazing view, and almost all of facilities noted were available. the WIFI is good enough for daily uses. the safety is reasonable and nothing to worry.

Hotel is run by lovely family that make you feel very welcome. Courtyard is small but just big enough to safely park motorcycle next to owner's classic MG. Small terrace where you can sit comfortable with coffee or beers.

We had a pleasant stay, house was clean, the furniture was new and comfortable, hot and cold water was available all the time. Place was remote, far from the city centre, so it was quiet, nights were cool, balcony door had insect screen so it was peacefull too. Shared kitchen, washing machine was also present, dining room had air conditioning

We actually stayed with the neighbors for overflow and they were really incredibly kind and welcoming, one of our best experiences in 3 weeks in Georgia! We were fed food, drinks, could wash, and stayed up late chatting with the family. We would absolutely return to LouNik!
