The location has some drawbacks—the neighborhood is quite dark and far from the main tourist center. Parking can be tricky if you have a car due to narrow roads, but Victoria kindly helped us by reserving a spot with a neighbor, which was a big help. The views from the hotel are stunning, which definitely makes up for some of the location challenges.

Great location, very good instructions how to reach/check-in: we didn't see our host, but he was available 24/7, very good English, prompt and efficient communication.

I never met the host but he/she will respond to your needs. Overall, the apartment is high recommended to those who wants to have a quiet place to stay and in most affordable price.

This 4-star aparthotel offers private entrance. “A Cozy Gem in the Heart of Nature!” My stay at Apartment Boutique Upe was absolutely delightful. The apartment was stylish, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for a relaxing retreat. Every detail, from the cozy interiors to the thoughtful amenities, made me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the peaceful surroundings added to the charm. One thing to note: the apartment is located slightly uphill, which might be a little challenging for some, but the views and tranquility more than make up for it. I’d definitely stay here again!

I really liked the host, a lovely person and very friendly. They helped me to organise one extra room at the last minute. I am thankful and have had very good time there. The apartment was perfect and the terrace in the upper part was an added perfect value. If I go again to Tbilisi I know where I'll sleep again.

Cleanliness: It was spotless and beautifully furnished. It felt fresh, modern, and cozy. The bathroom and bed were particularly well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. Comfort: The building has elevator which I loved. The room was very spacious, with a large and super comfortable bed. I felt like I was at home throughout my stay. The decor was stylish and added to the overall relaxing vibe. Host: Alexander was incredible! He was very responsive and provided all the information I needed before and during my stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations. It was an ideal place to stay during my trip to Tbilisi, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!
