I also want to mention that there is such a hospitality and friendliness in the mentality, I was completely amazed and pleasantly surprised. Victoria (the hotel owner) made sure that I had everything I needed. She also sends you all kinds of information when you check in so you can easily find your way in the city. Any other questions she is happy to help you. I am a solo female traveler and I felt perfectly safe in the area as well as in the rest of the city. No need to worry and everyone is ready to help you if you ask. It is also very easy to book all kinds of tours from Tblisi to the other parts of the country. In the end I stayed 10 days at the hotel for this reason.

The quiet green location close to the center was perfect for both relaxing and exploring. There are small shops and an authentic Georgian restaurant nearby, all within walking distance. The courtyard is full of flowers and has a peaceful fountain with fish that our child loved. The hosts were truly wonderful, they welcomed us warmly and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We felt truly cared for. The atmosphere was calm, clean and family-friendly. The host was great and so helpful. Everything was perfect. He answered all the questions during our stay and did his best to be helpful. The room was clean and organized. The apartment was in the heart of Tbilisi, we even did not use any taxi to go to places. We walked everywhere.
