We stayed at Apart View Hotel & Spa for just one night, as we were departing the next day. Victoria was incredibly helpful, speaks fluent English, and made communication very easy for us. The location has some drawbacks—the neighborhood is quite dark and far from the main tourist center. Parking can be tricky if you have a car due to narrow roads, but Victoria kindly helped us by reserving a spot with a neighbor, which was a big help. The views from the hotel are stunning, which definitely makes up for some of the location challenges.

Rooms are equipped with everything you need - a fridge, cutlery, wine glass, whiskey glass and a normal glass tumbler, water kettle, ample towels and proper heater even in washroom. And whatever else you need, like wine/beer opener, plates etc. are available in the kitchen. We loved the stay there. And the location is close to Freedom square. What else you need!!

The room was nice and clean, it had everything that might be needed even for a longer stay, but the best aspect was an extremely nice and kind owner. She was very helpful and allowed earlier check in, which made my journey so much easier.

We had a hard time searching for the place at first because the driver dropped us at the highway side. Good thing, there's like an alleyway going up to the other side of the area and we were able to find the apartment as soon as we found the SPAR convenience store. If you will be going here, the easiest point for bolt will be the American Hospital Tbilisi as it is only steps away from the apartment. Everything is clean, there is also a kitchen. We were able to cook breakfast everyday. The convenience store is just downstairs so no need to worry if you get hungry. We had a very comfortable stay. It's value for money. It is also walking distance to the center where you could find many restaurants, massage places, and money changers that are open for 24 hours. The owner also replies very fast if you have questions. I will surely recommend this place to my friends if they visit Georgia.
