We stayed at Apart View Hotel & Spa for just one night, as we were departing the next day. Victoria was incredibly helpful, speaks fluent English, and made communication very easy for us. The location has some drawbacks—the neighborhood is quite dark and far from the main tourist center. Parking can be tricky if you have a car due to narrow roads, but Victoria kindly helped us by reserving a spot with a neighbor, which was a big help. The views from the hotel are stunning, which definitely makes up for some of the location challenges.

What they posted on the site was the same when we got there. The place is quite far in the city but you can book a car with bolt apps and it's really cheap. Everything in the apartment is there. I never met the host but he/she will respond to your needs. Overall, the apartment is high recommended to those who wants to have a quiet place to stay and in most affordable price.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the peaceful surroundings added to the charm. One thing to note: the apartment is located slightly uphill, which might be a little challenging for some, but the views and tranquility more than make up for it. I’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect location in the center of Tbilisi. The receptionist was so kind letting us keep baggage from our friends or giving us an extra key. We were so happy and grateful to receive this attention. The apartment was perfect and the terrace in the upper part was an added perfect value. If I go again to Tbilisi I know where I'll sleep again.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well it was maintained and how welcoming the atmosphere was. The location couldn’t be better. It's close to all the major attractions like Rustaveli Avenue, Freedom Square, and the beautiful Old Tbilisi. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city super easy. What I loved: Location: This apartment is in the perfect spot. Whether you want to visit historic sites, dine in local restaurants, or shop, everything is near to this apartment. Cleanliness: It was spotless and beautifully furnished. It felt fresh, modern, and cozy. The bathroom and bed were particularly well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. Comfort: The building has elevator which I loved. The room was very spacious, with a large and super comfortable bed. I felt like I was at home throughout my stay. The decor was stylish and added to the overall relaxing vibe. Host: Alexander was incredible! He was very responsive and provided all the information I needed before and during my stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations. It was an ideal place to stay during my trip to Tbilisi, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!
