The owner Nick was lovely and went out of his way to help us at all times. Picked us up from the airport and communicated frequently beforehand. He also took us to the supermarket to get some groceries and offered many recommendations for our time there. Eric the manager was very attentive and helpful too, great service. The apartment has brand new kitchen supplies, it's a great set up. The apartment complex has a roof top swimming pool, as well as a fully kitted out gym and a rooftop basketball court!

We really liked our hosts Aisha and Samuel. They were really active, great and helpful at every minute. They were very professional. The services were really appreciated and the rooms are very clean. The housekeeping team was always on time for the services on daily basis and all excellent work they do is appreciated. The apartment is great and has all facilities inside. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at the Sanga Estates Apartments, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly, my room was well set up and clean, and the environment was wonderfully quiet. The WiFi was reliable, ensuring my Zoom meetings were never interrupted. It was easy to locate on maps and convenient to arrange transportation using both Uber and Bolt apps. The service provided surpassed what I paid for, making it an excellent place to stay while in Accra. Though I don’t always tip, I felt compelled to do so this time. I highly recommend it.

First I’d start off with the incredible level of customer service from Michael and Felix. They were available from before I’d even flown into Ghana to answer any queries I had. It was really reassuring especially as their response times were so quick! Small things that were personalised to my needs that I’d asked about prior to arriving, they did go above and beyond to sort and it didn’t go unnoticed ☺️ When I arrived the check in was incredibly smooth and Felix showed me around the property including a lovely rooftop with its own gym, swimming pool and restaurant/bar. It was quite nice as there was live music up there one night too 😍 The apartment was perfect for me and had everything I needed. I felt it was really kitted out for me down to little things like cleaning equipment and a fully stocked kitchen drawer. The AC in the bedroom was perfect too. There were many sockets around the property too which made use of appliances really easy. The property has 24/7 security and as a female who did come on her own back and forth from the property I felt so safe! It was my first time in Accra and Michael and Felix were so professional that this is the place I’ll always book to stay when I return. I have many friends who travel to Ghana too and they got to see the property from my perspective and will also be booking when they come back. A massive thank you to Michael and Felix for going above and beyond to create the perfect stay for me in Accra during Christmas 🎄
