To start with, the location and the facility itself is beautiful. Every room is built in a way that it can somehow face the sea. Gardens are amazing. When it comes to the room itself, all of the details are well thought of. Pots, pans, new and clean, oil, salt/pepper, everything available if you want to be stay in and cook. Room is very well sized, beautifully designed. Staff is more than helpful, always smiley. I can only say praises about Iris Studios, hopefully I will be back again.

And Nikos and his daughter Evgenia are constant sources of helpful information and problem solving. Nikos found a perfect way for us to fit in a tour between dropping off our rental car at the airport and the four hours until our flight. We can't wait to come back and explore more parts of Chios!

Located 50 metres from the seaside of Emporios in Chios and 370 metres from the volcanic Mavra Volia Beach, this family-run hotel features a large garden with a pool. This is a fabulous family run business in a quaint little fishing town. Facilities are excellent - rooms are spacious and spotless, the breakfast was great, the pool area is perfect. There are some great little tavernas in the area. The family can assist you to hire a car to explore the area. We loved it!
