I also slept very well on the comfortable beds, big diffetence to other plafed in Grrece with hard matrasses. Each room also has a view that makes waking up a joy. The attention to detail in every corner of the retreat is remarkable. The owner is an absolute gem—warm, welcoming, and always available to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. It’s clear that they take pride in ensuring every guest has a perfect experience.

Theo and Alinta are both architects and it's noted that they put a lot of thoughts in this. The place is clean, quite, private, comfortable and makes you feel that you are in your own piece of heaven. This is how a perfect vacation looks like. Location is great also. Offering a seasonal outdoor pool, Villa Theodora is situated in Lakíthra. 6km from Argostoli and only 2 km from the sea. Free private parking is available on site. Everything was amazing. Seaview terrace, clean rooms. Eleven out of ten place for me. (The staff was kind and responsive. Thanks.)

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A special mention goes to Vera, our host. She is simply amazing — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Her hospitality made all the difference and truly elevated our experience. The breakfasts were exceptional — fresh, delicious, and made with care. Every morning felt like a treat. The location is also ideal — peaceful, yet close to everything. Whether you’re exploring the area or just looking to unwind, this place has it all. Honestly, if you’re thinking about booking, stop thinking and just do it. Rouchotas Apartment is a gem, and you absolutely won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back
