The owner, Mike, is an excellent host. He is understanding, friendly, and helpful. The house was cleaned every day, and the amenities they had thoughtfully prepared for us made our stay very comfortable. The pool is amazing and is cleaned daily. We felt incredibly comfortable. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice view at the sea. I stayed at the ground floor where each room has direct access to private pool. Then I extended my stay and moved to only available room on the first floor. This room had a beautiful view at the bay. The rooms look quite new with a cool design and bathrooms are spacious and practical. Hosts were very friendly and kind. I would definitely come back here. A really nice and relatively secluded beach is 2 min walk from the property.

My husband and I stayed at Kelly's for 14 nights. It was our 2 week workation (work + vacation). I will try to give as many details as I possibly can. Property: This boutique-style hotel is run by a family. The family has a construction business and they built this back in 2022. Since the property is new, it feels fresh. They have only 11 rooms and most days we felt quite a private and luxurious experience with entire seemingly for ourselves (This is because we went in May, summer could be packed). The entire property is super clean and they maintain it all around. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. There is a kitchenette with all basic equipment for cooking. Our bedroom had a balcony (I think all rooms have a balcony facing the road). The rooms are cleaned daily, which was amazing. Free parking too. Wifi: This was most important aspect for us. Wifi was stable 95% of the time and did not hamper our work. Pool area: We spent a lot of time around the pool. This was our main reason to book as well. The swimming pool is 1.4m throughout and it has pool side beds and beautiful cabanas. You get pool towels too. Food: We did not see in any other reviews but they have good food on property until 5pm (see pictures). We ate 12 out of 15 lunches. The chef is their family member. She worked at 5-star hotel earlier as chef. Apart from tasty Moussaka, we loved the Penne Chicken Broccolino Pasta and Pasta Carbonara. The rates are very reasonable and same as any restaurant nearby. Breakfast has the usual suspects with warm food + cold cuts. However, everyday they serve different Greek dish, one cake (changes daily). Location: The place is located 10 mins walk away from Kathara Bay & Faliraki beach. There are good restaurants nearby and a great bakery called Sarikas. Couple of restaurants we loved in the area - Village Taste and Spitiki Gonia. We chose last 2 weeks of May. Weather during our stay was a mix of hot, sunny, slightly windy and slight rains.

Delightful family run hotel in the old town of Rhodes. They have thought of everything! Great attention to detail is given. Jurgen was especially kind, picking me up so that i wouldn't be stranded in the rain at the ferry terminal. Highly recommend this charming hotel. It is clean, comfortable and filled with care.

The place is gorgeous and you're directly in front of the sea. Irini and Mateo (idk if their names are written in this way) are AMAZING. We had 7 days of relax, joy and sharing moments. It was more than a simple vacation. We had perfect food, a beautiful sea and new friends. We already miss this place, really close to Faliraki center, better than a normal hotel, because it looks like home (but in a fancy version). All the staff is weel prepared and really nice, Nathalie, Tula, Marieta and the guys on the beach. We enjoyed chatting with them and listening to their advices. The room was huge, elegant and always clean (thanks to Tatiana). WHAT A TEAM, WHAT A PLACE GUYS. Suggested suggested suggested. WE'LL COME BACK for sure again.
