Simple, clean room with AC and a balcony from which I could see the sea partially, despite being listed as Garden View. The owner Panos was very kind and responsive to my questions for directions and recommendations. The property is only five minutes walk from the sea, and about 15 minutes from the nearest hiking trail. Since it's located in a neighborhood and not the main street of the harbor, it's also very peaceful at night. To top it off, it has a lovely pool and complimentary coffee. For all this, plus the great price, I would definitely stay again.

The Economou Mansion is situated on the seafront, a 10-minute walk from the centre of Spetses. This authentic, old mansion built in 1851, now offers elegant, ground-floor accommodation and friendly service in peaceful surroundings. absolutely everything! wonderful pool, best breakfast ever!

Bay’s Complex is located in Kokkinari Area, within 1 km from the port and a short walk from the old port with dining and nightlife options.

Featuring 2 adjoining buildings, one building features a swimming pool and a dining area serving snacks and meals. The other building features a cafe and children's playground. Rooms are simply decorated and have en suite facilities. Most of the rooms have views of the sea and the countryside from their hillside position. Great price, super clean rooms and a nice pool with a cafeteria for breakfast.

The hospitality at Port Vecchio Suites was just excellent. We were met at the dock by the owner Dimitris and he gave us great directions around the island during our stay. The hotel has a pool which I think is pretty unique compared to other places. Lastly Port Vecchio is located at the old harbor which is an easy 20 minute walk from the downtown area but has 2 restaurants and 4 bars there as well if you want to just hang there the whole time. There no shopping there but the location is great because it’s half way between the downtown and one of the good local beaches.
