The best service I ever had in HongKong. I had some problems with my credit card to pay the deposit and also experienced personal issues which makes me have to leave earlier, All staff was very nice and friendly to help me to deal with all problems. I have nothing to complain about and only great satisfaction. Haven't been back to HongKong for long because of covid, thanks for everything you did and it makes the best welcome back home experience for me:) Will stay there every time I back.

Very nicely designed hotel with eyes for details. Spacious room, especially for Hong Kong standards, with amazing view at the harbour. Centrally located, close to various restaurants, cafes and bars in the hip neighborhood, as well as to the subway station taking about 20 min. to Central. A bar and restaurant are also directly located in the building. We felt very comfortable and will be back.

Friendly staff, clean room, a fairly new hotel so deco is quite fresh and appear quite new; freshly pressed bed sheets and covers, room cleaned, bed made, towels changed and supplies renewed everyday. Aromatherapy handwash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner; International TV channels. Filtered water dispenser and coffee pod machine provided to guests free of charge. Excellent location on King's Road just above HSBC. 5 min walk to Fortress Hill MTR and 5 min walk to North Point MTR. I stayed at the weekend for HKD650 booked via Booking.com. 5 stars for this little hotel.

It was close to the Sheung Wan Station. Less than 5 minutes walking, and trams and bus station right infront of the hotel. Nice view of the ocean, and lend us the charger. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

It was clean, had everything we needed (travelling with a 3year old and a 6month old). We booked a studio flat which came with a kitchenette and included a washing machine.
