The host was the best, we forgot a luggage there and he helped us with it. Kept it safe, tried to send it via courier, in the end a friend of ours went back for it after a couple of days. The facilities were great, very clean, has AC, parking spot, about 30min walk to the beach, 15min walk to lidl and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Neat appartments, well equiped and nice pool (specially our 3 year old son loved it), all very close to Kamenjak, but centre of Premantura is also a quick walk.

Villa Lav is situated in the ancient Istrian town of Bale. It is surrounded by a lush garden with an outdoor pool equipped with sun loungers. We liked everything about this place : cosy and vintage decoration, gorgeous terrace and swimming-pool, delicious breakfast and very kind ladies hosting us ! It's definitely the perfect place to relax and enjoy Istria !

The hotel is perfect. The international staff maintaining the entire property are doing an excellent job — they are friendly, supportive, and attentive. The main manager also deserves recognition, as everything runs smoothly and efficiently; everyone clearly knows their role and responsibilities. There is convenient outdoor parking, as well as underground parking for cars. The on-site restaurant offers reasonably priced meals with very good food quality, making it unnecessary to leave the hotel grounds during your stay. I will definitely return to this hotel. My only recommendation: please do not raise the prices and continue maintaining this high standard — if so, you’ll remain one of the best hotels in the Istria region.
