Nice new building with new rooms that are very clean, fresh and efficient. The room has great air conditioning.  Very comfortable beds and an awesome shower. Fast and easy to connect to WiFi with a nice desk and chair. Refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, makes the stay very enjoyable. Helpful clerk at check-in who spoke wonderful English and was very nice and helpful. A very nice day from start to finish and I would love to stay here again.

"Private" access to the spa (with thermal pool tickets included) brings many advantages, we particularly enjoyed moving back and forth between the accommodation and the spa in our bathrobes. There's nothing to fault about the quality of accommodation, everything worked perfectly, from the comfortable beds to the privacy provided by the mature living hedges, kitchen amenities, personalized heating in the facility, and on-site parking... We truly had a great stay.

It shows in the excellent facilities and the spotless cleanliness. The apartment itself comprises a large entry hall, a large bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. Everything looked as if it was brand new. The well equipped kitchen/dining room is shared with two other apartments. The hotel restaurant serves an excellent breakfast for about EUR7. The location is ideal - in a quiet street in the centre of Miskolc. More than an honourable mention goes to the friendly and helpful staff.

We had an amazing stay here! The management and all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean, the pool and sauna were fantastic, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to the manager, who went above and beyond to handle all our extra requests with kindness and flexibility. We can only recommend this place to everyone!
