From Made at the front desk (plus all admin staff) to the housekeeping attendants (Arnawa, Redipa and supervisor Alit). We extended our stay due to the overall high standard of the hotel. The pool on the rooftop was also a highlight with great views looking out towards the sunset.

Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, which added to the sense of relaxation. The staff were outstanding—always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.
