This is the second time I've stayed at Starling Villa's.. In 2019 i was blown away by the Homestay and it's staff. I knew I'd return to Bali as it's a base for my Diving adventures.. This is my 4th trip to the island staying in different hotels and Homestays from the posh hotels to the not so posh homestays.. So it's a balanced review of Sanur's accommodation, off which i adore the area... The pictures on website/ booking.com say it all. A lot of care went into the original design,and now it's matured it's a joy to stay at... Quite low key area but very central,everything's at your fingertips.. The hosts have turned into friends Muri & Simon will look after you they take as a personal responsibility that your stay will be the best it can.. Take advantage of them or don't they are certainly not in your face. But there if like me your a solo nomad and just want a chat and a warm smile.. I'll be back in Bali next year i still have plenty to do in the regions islands and book Starling for a month to use as a safe base for all i bring. This time i introduced some if my uk friends to Bali and they loved starling villa's and did as i do using it for a base and went island hopping... I could say a lot more but i think you should gind out for yourself.... p🙏

Puri Hiromi is a 5-minute walk to the sandy beaches of Sanur. It provides free parking and features suites with a cable TV and kitchenette. The Puri Hiromi was a perfect choice for us after two busy weeks of touring Bali. The private pool was the best part of the room as we were able to cool off frequently in the small, yet useable pool. While there was limited outdoor living space (a small patio and two chairs) this was all we really needed. The one bedroom unit had everything we needed, a stylish bathroom and shower, a large living room and a decent kitchen. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff did a great job of maintaining the room on a daily basis. The residence is located across the street from the Parigata Hotel and has direct access to the beach,via a one block walk. From there you can access restaurants, shops, and beach sun beds for rent. There are excellent restaurants, spa and shops within walking distance. Taxis and super inexpensive, less than two dollars from the residence to the north end of Sanur.

We have a well equipped kitchen with good utensils and a fully working refrigerator. Spacious bathroom and good little garden to the front with a couple of chairs and a table to smoke or enjoy the day with the garden view. Loved everything about the place. Felt like a second home. Peaceful location.

This is in a good spot just off the main drag at the south end of Sanur. It’s an interesting concept in as much as there are five or six rooms overlooking one swimming pool. No staff on site and everything is self managed.
