It was a lovely room with a beautiful view. We had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. We found it quiet because it’s away from the street. The pool area was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and we recommend it to other people.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to the restaurant team for their warm service and the delicious cappuccino — the best we had in Jakarta!

Located in the Mega Kuningan business district, Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta features an outdoor pool with city view and a gym. The room was well-equipped for a business trip, with a washing machine, ironing board, and plenty of space. It was also spotlessly clean. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the gym and pool facilities. The location is excellent, with easy access to malls, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast selection varied daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed it each morning!

The room was very spacious with a small kitchen and nice bathroom. Very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool area is very quiet and relaxing. A hotel that makes you feel at home.

Exceptionally clean. Good kitchen equipment. I was upgraded to the executive suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen included knives, silverware, an electric conductive stovetop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer combo, a water cooler and dispenser, some kitchen tools like spatulas, some pans and pots which appeared to be stainless steel, a cutting board, a sink, and a sponge. There were also two laundry washers and dryers in a spare room which were usually available for use for free. (If you pay the staff to wash and dry your clothes it is per item and fairly expensive). The only negative I can think of is that the knives were very dull, but this was remedied by purchasing my own knives at Ace Hardware for use during my stay. If you need or want to be able to cook your own food, this is a good hotel to use as long as you select a room with a stovetop.
