It was a lovely room with a beautiful view. We had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. We found it quiet because it’s away from the street. The pool area was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and we recommend it to other people.

Breakfast was included in my purchase, and the staff and the manager in the breakfast lounge were exceptionally friendly, kind, and smiling, and they were always happy to serve at our table of any requests we made. Breakfast food was delicious. Our return flight was in the early hours, so the staff packed and delivered our breakfast to our room 8 hours prior. Reception staff were always smiling and greeting us. The check in and check out staff were so humble and respectful. We had the best time in Oakwood premier cozmo and we enjoyed our 5 day (first time) holiday in Jakarta. The place located in a busy street, it can be noisy, specially when your room facing the street but that is just a minor issue. We enjoyed our stay. The entire place is clean, very homey too. Beds are comfortable. It was a nice short stay.

Exceptionally clean. Good kitchen equipment. I was upgraded to the executive suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen included knives, silverware, an electric conductive stovetop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer combo, a water cooler and dispenser, some kitchen tools like spatulas, some pans and pots which appeared to be stainless steel, a cutting board, a sink, and a sponge. There were also two laundry washers and dryers in a spare room which were usually available for use for free. (If you pay the staff to wash and dry your clothes it is per item and fairly expensive). The only negative I can think of is that the knives were very dull, but this was remedied by purchasing my own knives at Ace Hardware for use during my stay. If you need or want to be able to cook your own food, this is a good hotel to use as long as you select a room with a stovetop.

I liked the variety of food served at the breakfast buffet. The bed and the room are clean and spacious. The working area is good. The toilet and the bath and bath tub are clean. A/C is working fine.
