The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access everything I needed. The staff were exceptional – always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and offered everything I could ask for. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Situated in Jakarta, 1.2 km from Pondok Indah Mall, Dwijaya House of Pakubuwono offers accommodation with a sauna, wellness packages and a fitness room. This 4-star aparthotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a lift. The aparthotel also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Exceptionally clean. Good kitchen equipment. I was upgraded to the executive suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen included knives, silverware, an electric conductive stovetop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer combo, a water cooler and dispenser, some kitchen tools like spatulas, some pans and pots which appeared to be stainless steel, a cutting board, a sink, and a sponge. There were also two laundry washers and dryers in a spare room which were usually available for use for free. (If you pay the staff to wash and dry your clothes it is per item and fairly expensive). The only negative I can think of is that the knives were very dull, but this was remedied by purchasing my own knives at Ace Hardware for use during my stay. If you need or want to be able to cook your own food, this is a good hotel to use as long as you select a room with a stovetop.

Very nice and clean apartment. Amazing pool with an amazing view. The staff is very friendly and helpfully. I want to personally thank one of the security staff. He did walk with me to the ATM machine on our arrival day. We were hungry but all the restaurants were closed. After collecting the money we went to a local food stand and bought Nasi Goreng. The security guard supported with the order and afterwards guided me back home to the apartment. Lovely staff and amazing and save location in Jakarta. We would recommend this hotel.

Thought Bali is the best, till I experience staying in Surabaya, particularly in Oakwood Hotel. Well done everyone!
