Since 2022 I have been traveling several times a year to Naples/Ercolano for work and this was by far the best place I have ever stayed. Super clean, tastefully decorated and quiet. Lucia welcomed us very warmly and even gave us excellent tips on restaurants near the hotel.

Great place to stay in Napoli, we walked everywhere. The owner (who I think I chatted by wasap the whole time) was very nice. She sent a fan to us (very hot room/building) and was very flexible with our arrival time. No key needed to go in the room, only codes wich is fantastic! The security of the place makes you feel at home.

The location was amazing, you get a great view of Napoli from most of the windows. There was a free shuttle service, from the lower entrance of the street (next to the funicolare station) all they way up to the location. It's a short walk, but it is uphill and this would definitely be a plus for anyone that would need it.
