I wish I could stay here for few more days. This is actually a fully equipped and newly furnished apartment rather than a room. Super spacious and silent with comfortable bed, hot water, lift, and balconies in both living space and bedroom. The management lady Lorena is very helpful. She provided good advice for the hiking and the free bus ticket for traveling in dolomities during our stay. Will definitely stay here again whenever visit dolomities. Very stylish small (16 rooms) place within 3 minutes walk to best part of vipitino. Usually no staff on site but good breakfast and excellent facilities. Great manager. Try to get the river side rooms.

An ideal hotel to stay in Bolzano. Everything was perfect, from the room to the breakfast to the reception. The reception staff, Chiara, Maraj, and Gudrun, were very helpful. I would like to thank them very much for their wonderful and elegant treatment. Also, the staff member, Emanuele, gave us an explanation of Bolzano. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere. Parking is easy and was explained to me via email. The price per day was 22 euros using the hotel card. I recommend this place and will visit again in the future.

It is a fascinating holiday at Belia, we stayed 6 days and 5 night there in our Dolomite trip. Despite it is a bit long distance to ortisei and tre cime de laberedo, but its elegant and spacious apartment giving us a cozy home feeling. We really enjoyed to stay at poolside and admire the mountain view. Thanks for Isebella and Nadia to manage such wonderful resort. They really put a lot of effort maintaining the resort starting from morning 7am till late night in their parent's restaurant. One important thing is that there has lift from garage to resort room. As such, it can maintain a good privacy.
