Loved my stay, the suite was very big, very clean the bigger of the two bathrooms is immense and impressive and the living area is quite bright. The kitchen has all you need, should you want to use it and it has a lovely window that gives out to the sea as well as a little bar area with a window. Loved the little balcony and the fact that you have a side view of the sea. Most windows face onto a building that is quite close - but it did not bother us at all. There is also a nice roof top terrace with a great view and a small jacuzzi sized pool that we enjoyed. Nora, whom I dealt with was always helpful and super accessible by WhatsApp. The hotel is in a quiet area 2 minutes by foot to the bustle of Taormina.

An ideal place to stay and base yourself, easy access to the railway station and the little train which circumnavigates Mount Etna. Our host Elena was lovely and made some good recommendations for local places very close by to eat and drink at, Birreria Riposto and Glass were exceptional and only a 5 minute walk away. The accommodation was of a high standard and wonderfully decorated. I would also recommend an organised wine and train ride to the slopes of Mount Etna.

The rooms were spacious, spotless and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The hot tub was a nice touch to relax in after the days of sightseeing. The gardens were also well maintained. We were very lucky with the weather in early November, with perfect conditions and it was not too hot to walk up the steps into town, however there is a bus stop a short walk up the road from the apartments, which is another option for town if you don't have a car.
