The staff was very kind. They helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was clean, cozy and perfect for our group of two families and one 7 years old child. The place is 300 m from the ski bus station which was great. You can ski to Carosello 3000 using the teleski right from the back of the accommodation.

We loved the location of this Chalet! So perfect for summer or winter. It is right next to the ticket office for skiing and you can see the chair lifts close by! It is so beautiful here in Livigno! This room is very compact but very modern and has everything you need! When I book a place I look for least expensive hotel that has a comfortable bed, AC, and good reviews! This room did not have AC but the weather at night is very cold so we just opened a window and even though there were no screens we did not have any bugs come in and it was cold enough in July to use a warm down comforter. The bedding was very nice! The bed itself was a good size but very firm. I prefer a softer mattress. The staff was the best of our entire trip in Italy! The man spoke perfect English and was very kind! The parking for our car was great! It is so close to restaurants and shops! The walking path that goes for miles is close by. This was definitely a great bargain in the summer and I would hands down stay here again.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Great location, an apartment with everything we needed and the space to stay comfortably with our daughter for 2 weeks. Having everything so we could cook our own meals made a big difference. Was great having a space to store our bikes and parking on site made a big difference. Being able to walk thru central Livigno and easily do our shopping made everything so easy! Livigno is a perfect place to stay for a cycling family, on holiday or for training (we were a mixture of both. Hope to come again in 2026.

The property was simply wonderful and cozy. The view is picturesque, with great positioning, just perfect to sip on a hot chocolate near the window and enjoy the moment. The interior of the apartment has beautiful wood art and the entire place is decorated with great taste. The staff was very helpful, welcoming and friendly, I couldn't ask for more
