There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel provides rooms with air conditioning, available on site private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We had a great stay at Palazzo Ricciardi in Lecce. The rooms were airy and comfortable, and we were able to cook several meals in the kitchenette, make coffee every morning and relax on the patio outside the kitchen door. The washer and dryer are located on the 3rd floor, and there is a very spacious rooftop patio for all the guests to use. Our hosts Sergio and Caesar were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely responsive to any questions or requests we had (it got chilly on some nights and they were able to get us extra comforters for our beds, etc.), plus gave us excellent advice about off the beaten path places to visit (such as Galatina that had the best Pasticiotto ever!). I highly recommend Palazzo Ricciardi with its unique blend of old world charm and modernity!

The roof top terrace with a spectacular view of the sunset was also a highlight. Guilia, our host went above and beyond, allowing a very smooth check in, providing a parking permit, checking in regularly and providing a towel change on the third day. Highly recommend San Pietro Otranto!

We stayed for two days and found this place perfect. The hosts were very helpful with everything from tips on restaurants to "how to pay a ticket if you have lost it on your way back to Sweden". Only good things to say about the place but also about the people behind it ❤️

The apartment was very spacious and clean - it was serviced every day. The staff was great - helpfull and open to advice us . Delicious breakfast - huge variety and homemade cakes :) The place gives lots of opportunities to spend time - swimming pool in the place, beaches in the nearest surroundings and a good place to start a one-day car trips. Only few minutes by car from great beaches like Baia dei Turchi and a great point to start a coast road trip of Salento. The restaurants which was recommended was amazing. The place definitely worth of its price.

We had an amazing holiday at this wonderful house in Porto Cesario. The flat was spacious, very clean, and perfectly located close to the beach, mini-market, and pharmacies. The owner provided bikes, which were super helpful. Both the owner and his son, Emanuele, were extremely kind, flexible, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a perfect holiday in Salento!

At the aparthotel, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. This holiday we had been travelling like nomads and booking our accommodation from day to day. So we didn’t know what to expect. The house is quite closed towards the street but opens up as soon as you step into the courtyard. We were blown away by the charm and style of this old property. It is like a green oasis with pool and a shady garden. The building is renovated into a modern and functional holiday home but with the deepest respect for the old house. The old mosaic floors and ceilings with frescoes are restored. Just beautiful. We loved absolutely everything. Our apartment had a rooftop terrasse on each side overlooking the old town. It has a kitchen as well so we decided to stay home for dinner and take in the city from the rooftop. We were travelling a couple plus our teenage son and it fitted perfectly for the 3 of us as the sofa could transform to a comfortable bed.
