The location is absolutely perfect, with everything you could possibly need just a stone's throw away. Whether it's shopping, dining, or sightseeing, it's all conveniently close. The apartment itself is stunning and everything is brand new. The design and decor are both modern and elegant, making for a very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living area. One of the highlights of our stay was the host's exceptional recommendations. Domenico provided us with incredibly helpful tips on the best places to visit and the finest restaurants to try. These insights truly enhanced our trip and allowed us to explore the area like locals. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. It's clear that a lot of care and attention has gone into making these apartments unique. Riccardo was an exceptional host, friendly and very helpful. We arrived after mid night and he was there waiting for us. He drove us to the airport next day so we could pick up our rental car and gave us a tour of attactions, those flamingos looked fabulous! The facilities were clean, pretty, and we loved the turtle.

We loved the place. The area is beautiful, beaches close by, rooms very cute and clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

I knew it would be nice but I didn’t know how nice, it looks even better than in the pictures! It’s a wonderful compound full of olive trees, plants, trees, butterflies… it’s all brand new with magnificent pool with crystal clear water and the most magnificent view, the villas are spacious, clean, modern, full of natural light, very well equipped, AC, mosquito nets in the windows, each has a private garden with BBQ that is actually private. Car is obviously a must, there are beautiful beaches and amazing nature in the vicinity. Amazing choice if you are looking for relaxing and calm holidays where there are very few people. The staff we met were also great!!!! I’ve been to many places like this and it is so far my absolute favourite, I don’t think my family will let me book another holiday next year :-) The only thing that caught me by surprise was that there wasn’t a washing machine - it’s not a complaint, I am just mentioning it for the future visitors 😊

An immaculate property with high spec, fully equipped apartments in prime central Pula. We really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff who were attentive to our every need. Proactive and efficient as well. Highly recommended for families with babies or small children.

Residence il Melograno ligger 400 m fra centrum af San Teodoro, 14 minutters gang fra Spiaggia La Cinta Strand, og tilbyder indkvartering med aircondition, gårdhave, en have og en terrasse. We liked pretty well everything about the property, we liked the apartment, very much, love the storage in the bedrooms, the sitting area in living room and outside table and chairs as well as the one inside. We liked the little yard out back to dry our clothes. The laundry facilities location, walking distance from La Cinta beach and town centre. Parking available for us to use. Our host and assistant were amazing and always there to help in anyway.
