Everything was wonderfull...location close to La Cinta and the city center, aprox 10 min by foot, all was clean, got all you need in the kitchen. It was extremely quiet. Alessandra helped with all the questions we had. Also had a backyard you can use to relax in the evening. Restaurant Verde Aqua in 5 min walk, local bakery near it, also a mini market with all the necessary stuff. Also had a washing facility if you need to wash some clothes. Enough parkig spaces for all. Be carefull where you park. The city center becomes pedestrian at 20.00 and the police is there exactly on time to towe your car.

The host was very helpful and responsive and gave us tips about where to go and what to do. She was also very helpful in helping us navigate car rentals. The kitchen was great, we cooked almost every day. The balcony was beautiful and we had the option for someone to come and clean our room every day. Parking was always available. The pool was a little cool in mid-May, but that’s to be expected! Still very nice to relax by and for a quick dip, and would definitely be nice during the summer months. There was also air conditioning! Exceptional, thank you so much!

We liked everything about this accommodation. First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were really doing their best so that we felt comfortable with our stay. Apartment was nice and clean, there was even a welcome kit waiting for us. Such a pleasant surprise. Parking spot was just in front of the apartment (very convenient). And something that we were not used to on our other trips was that there was a beach umbrella and two little beach chairs in the apartment, which we took everyday when exploring the beaches and that was a life saver, cause there is no shade on all those paradise beaches. I certainly recommend this accomodation. (another thing, if you go to this area, you must go to Shardana restaurant. Food there is exceptional!)

Set between the pinewood and the Sardinian coast, Residenze Mare e Pineta features self-catering accommodation with private furnished patio and free WiFi, located just 400 metres from the nearest beach. Private parking is free. We liked everything. We had a nice view on the Capannizza beach from our apartment. The surroundings were quiet and clean.
