We had lunch one day cooked by Viola and her mum and the food was amazing. We also took the opportunity to take a cooking class which was so relaxing and fun. We were attending a wedding at Castello di Celsa and Villa Mucellena's location was very convenient for this.

Really beautiful location on a huge property, so it was really peaceful and quite. Watching the sunset over the pond with the hills in the distance was spectacular. It is quite isolated though, so if that's what you are aiming for, perfect. Otherwise it is a 15-20 minute drive to the nearest towns. Max was amazing, and we had a reall great pasta making class with her. She was super helpful with everything we asked about, recommending places to go for dinner, and helped us book a reservation when we were struggling to find a spot on a Monday night.
