Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. Extremely nice staff, and very clean place!

The Villa is located pretty far away from Tuscan towns, people, up on the hill - which is perfect for a quiet, peaceful stay. You can enjoy your morning coffee with a fresh cornetto, then sunbathe and swim in the pool which is of appropriate size. No crowds in common areas, just a bunch of families and couples enjoying their peaceful vacations. The Villa is located a 30 minute drive from nearest towns which are full of great restaurant and cafes. On Saturday we were offered dinner cooked by the owner, it was delicious and we highly recommend this experience. Location is great for people wanting to unwind and visit a couple of Tuscan towns. Not that great for somebody wanting to sightsee all of them. There are multiple rest areas through the villa and its gardens, you can find a nice spot anywhere you’d like.

The location is super, 15 minutes drive by car to Siena. It is quiet, overlooking the hills. They have a parking garage. A gym is also a plus. The room was perfectly clean. It was nice to have a small kitchen aswell. The breakfast was various and delicious. We highly recommend it.

The accommodation and the surroundings were gorgeous. It was everything we hoped for. I would especially like to thank Paolo, who took excellent care of us. He provided us with breakfast, bicycle rental and booked great wine tasting for us. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely come again. Thank you !

Really beautiful location on a huge property, so it was really peaceful and quite. Watching the sunset over the pond with the hills in the distance was spectacular. It is quite isolated though, so if that's what you are aiming for, perfect. Otherwise it is a 15-20 minute drive to the nearest towns. Max was amazing, and we had a reall great pasta making class with her. She was super helpful with everything we asked about, recommending places to go for dinner, and helped us book a reservation when we were struggling to find a spot on a Monday night.

SARNA Residence is situated in San Quirico d’Orcia, a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The property offers a garden with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Fantastic location, with delightful comfort in a historic farm villa. And walking distance into the charming, medieval San Quirice d'Ocia. Violla!!
