We really enjoyed our stay at the La Ferina apartments. The staff was nice and helpful, the apartment was clean. Air conditioning was especially useful during the hot days (and nights) in Florence. Brightly coloured and spacious, the apartments here are air conditioned and soundproofed. Each one offers a balcony, kitchenette and bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Residence Leopoldo was a jackpot. Great personnel, amiable and helpful, the apartment was perfect in terms of design, cosiness, and amenities on the spot. As a bonus feature - great chianti (for purchasing) at the reception desk. Tram station just 50m from the apartment, as well as a great trattoria Fratelli Briganti (5min walking from the place). I wouldn't mind staying at Leopoldo's next time when in Firenza.

Apartments have all been completely renovated. Guests will find a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a dishwasher and tea/coffee maker. Most apartments offer a view of the cathedral. The location is definitely amazing and the staff is very responsive to your needs day and night. It is clean and was ready to accomodate us.

All accommodation provides individual design, fully equipped kitchenettes, LCD TV, and air conditioning. We were given an upgrade to our room and despite our early arrival we were able to check in early. Staff was very accommodating to our needs.
