There was a video with check-in instructions and everything went smoothly. We were able to leave our luggage at the office location (although it was a 7minute walk away). Everyone we dealt with was friendly and did what was needed to make our stay pleasant.

The kitchen is well equipped, there're exterior shutters in each window so the morning sun wasn't a problem. Would definitely recommend the place.
