Fabulous location- close to the railway station and moments from walking into the city centre. Lovely staff who were welcoming and happy to speak English. Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. We recently booked an apartment at Progo Grondaie in Tuscany Siena for our family vacation and it exceeded all our expectations. The view from the property was absolutely stunning, with panoramic vistas of rolling hills and the city. The rooms were charming and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after exploring the enchanting streets of Siena. The breakfast offerings were delightful, featuring fresh pastries, local cheeses, and seasonal fruits. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible assistance and guidance provided by Gaia, the host. She went above and beyond to recommend must-visit attractions and hidden gems, ensuring we made the most of our three days in Siena. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to experience the beauty and charm of Tuscany while receiving exceptional service.

Offering free Wi-Fi and views of Parma's Cathedral, Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is located in the pedestrian area of town, in the medieval square next to the Baptistery. Friendly staff, excellent location and a comfortable room; what more could one need. We only stayed one night in beautiful Parma and we would most certainly stay at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati again. We loved it. Also, the option to leave our luggage after we checked out was wonderful.

The location is super, 15 minutes drive by car to Siena. It is quiet, overlooking the hills. They have a parking garage. A gym is also a plus. The room was perfectly clean. It was nice to have a small kitchen aswell. The breakfast was various and delicious. We highly recommend it.

San Martin is lovely place to stay. It is newly built modern spacious apartment. We checked in late and it was quite secure checkin. We struggled to park the car as we didn’t read the instructions properly, but it was easy to open the car gate. There was a goody bag to welcome us in our apartment which was a lovely gesture. Would have loved to stayed longer. Would definitely visit again.
