From stepping in through door, when a young man called Diaa was quick to offer to park the car (see below), we found all the staff very helpful and friendly. It is a modern hotel/apartment block built to a high specification. The WiFi works well, as does the air-conditioning, there is a good supply of hot water, and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including basic cooking facilities and a microwave oven. The hotel/apartment is conveniently located for the main places of interest and Uber readily available at very reasonable rates. The buffet breakfast was mainly Jordanian in style but more than adequate. There are several good restaurants in the area including Maestro Garden (opposite), which we would highly recommend.

The waiter is so friendly and helpful and is very polite. The hotel is in a strategic location; it is very close to everything you need. House keeping are also very polite and great. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Big living room with TV and great air conditioning throughout apartment. 2 bathrooms which was nice, 1 with shower etc. Lots of storage for clothes. Big windows, lots of natural light. Lovely helpful friendly staff who were very welcoming.
